Commitment to Cleanliness

To our valued customers,

Although we pride ourselves in our facility’s cleanliness, we have been closely monitoring the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) situation that is impacting the world. While there are currently no confirmed cases in Prince George, we are committed to keeping our environment healthy for both our staff and customers.

Besides our regular disinfecting routine of wiping down each headset and controllers after every use, all door handles and light switches will be disinfected hourly to ensure everyone’s safety.

How can you help? Please sanitize your hands when you come in and before you leave at one of our stations and if you feel unwell, please stay home until you feel better.  For extra protection, we also offer VR hygiene masks at no charge.

If you feel more comfortable, please ask a staff member to clean the equipment again in front of you. Thank you for your continuing patronage during this time.
